Natalia Rogovin

Natalia Rogovin is a spiritual life coach, teacher, designer, song-writer, singer and musician. She is driven to engage collective and individual growth, to support all beings to align with their highest life-serving values, to honor the sacredness of all, and to actively catalyze conscious co-evolution with all of life. Through her work as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, she supports groups and individuals to awaken to their spiritual connection, embrace their higher purpose and calling, awaken their inner fire and life-force, and re-align to their highest values. She leads meditation, group process and workshops that support holistic wisdom, mindfulness and congruency, and wise relating.

She has studied Transcendental & Vipassana Meditation, Tibetan and Thai Buddhist Lineages, Gestalt Therapy, Positive Psychology and many of the world’s wisdom traditions.

Natalia founded and fronted the bands Social Studies, HIPS and Human Touch, and spent much of her 20s touring the country and releasing records as a lead singer, song-writer, lyricist, guitarist and keyboard player. Her music has been featured in indie movies and TV Shows including Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why, HBO’s Search Party, and Good Trouble. She now writes and produces music - both for her own artist projects and for other artists. She has also worked on visual design, branding, and project oversight with the San Francisco Symphony, World of Good, Michael Franti and Oro among others.

Natalia lives in Portland, OR, where she loves to swim, hike and kayak, and hosts a weekly drop-in Social Meditation Practice at The Breathe Building every Wednesday. She encourages you to join!
