Martin Rausch

Martin Rausch grew up in South-Africa, USA and Europe and developed a keen interest in cultural and political history.

After working with a senior American health expert he began offering trainings in Nonviolent Communication and Conflict Resolution based on Marshall Rosenberg’s legacy.

Inspired by Rosenberg’s social change approach he developed a series of films which highlight how a few individuals change prison, business and political environments from domination cultures to more humane and partnership oriented ones.

Working with Tom Atlee he initiated the creation of the Wise Democracy Pattern Language to help the field enhance their self-governance capacities.

Together with Markus Goetsch he recently completed a 40 minute documentary on the innovative Climate Assembly in Austria and is planning a follow-up film for the European Climate Foundation which also will be highlighting the work of Tom Atlee and co-intelligence.
